Selbst im heißesten Sommer weht eine leichte Briese.

Der Hauptraum Küche und Wohnzimmer in Einem ist mit 15x6 M großzügig ausgelegt.

Zwei 360° Kamine spenden Wärme oder erlauben ein Osterlamm am Spieß über Holzkohle zu braten.

Die Küche ist für einen höchst anspruchsvollen Gourmetchef ausgelegt (5 Gasflammen).

Direkt vom Wohnzimmer kann man direkt in ein kreuzförmiges 36 qm Schwimmbad mit schattiger

The Villa

The Trizonia holiday villa, with 250 square meters of living area is 100 meters away from and

60 meters above the nearest beach and tavernas on the mediterranian island of Trizonia.

A magnificent panorama of the sea, the nearby islands and the spectacular mountain coast of the Gulf of

Corinth can be viewed from the semicircular 250 square meter terraces. Even on the warmest summer

day there is a cool sea breeze and shade from the pergola shaped roof.

The main room of the villa measures 90 square meters and comprises both kitchen and living room area;

centered with their individual open, two square fire-places, each large enough for a romantic fire or

charcoal-roasting an Easter lamb. Tue spacious kitchen is a hobby cook´s delight, including the most

modern appliances. Tue living room is bordered in the middle by a direct access to the 36 square meter

swimming pool, at the end of which is a shaded “cave bar” nook.
